Job Summary
Office Assistant I position at Rehab Medical focused on administrative support to deliver scheduling and coordination for medical equipment services. Responsibilities include scheduling and routing delivery technicians for equipment delivery and service calls, rescheduling shipment delays, receiving and coordinating calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources, and acting as liaison between corporate and patients under supervision of the Branch Manager. Requires High School Diploma, at least 2 years of office administration or customer service experience, intermediate computer skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, strong verbal and written communication, independence, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
