Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the School of Health and related departments, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules and communications, preparing documents and reports, and supporting procurement, event coordination, space bookings, and committee activities. Demonstrates organization, confidentiality, and professionalism in a fast-paced post-secondary environment, with strong written and verbal communication, records management, and frontline customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration
- at least one (1) year of related administrative experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- experience within a post-secondary environment preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and related software
