Job Summary

Organize and file documentation systematically, enter resident and property data, and manage correspondence for residents, staff, and vendors. Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule annual recertification appointments, gather required documentation, and update records. Contact prospective residents to schedule interviews, manage the property waiting list, and update application records. Receive and process maintenance work orders, confirm completion, and inform residents of status updates. Support annual unit inspections by scheduling appointments and coordinating with residents and maintenance staff. Plan organizational projects to improve office efficiency and complete other administrative tasks assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager. Assist with meeting and event preparation as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift office supplies or materials up to 25 pounds
  • Full Time non-exempt employment classification

  • Experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and filing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population in both written and verbal forms
