Job Summary
Office Assistant & CSI Coordinator roles combine front-desk administrative duties with special projects. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering and routing calls/emails, managing calendars and office supplies, coordinating mail/courier, maintaining reception areas, supporting data entry and document prep, coordinating meeting spaces, liaising with building management and vendors, providing admin support to CFO Hammed Rehman and leadership, organizing quarterly and executive meetings, tracking KPI and CSI data, preparing KPI reports and PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings. Key skills include exceptional verbal/written communication, strong organization and multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, confidentiality, adaptability, and a client-focused, professional demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role
- Experience in an automotive dealership or related industry is a plus
