Job Summary
Promotes prompt, courteous customer service and organizes patient flow at the Atrium Patient Service Center. Responsibilities include collecting and entering patient information into the electronic ordering system, greeting patients, communicating delays, maintaining patient orders, contacting providers for missing/unclear orders or diagnoses codes, answering phones and managing voicemails/faxes, logging drop-off specimens, providing collection kits and instructions, verifying demographics in Atlas, offering copy requests, promoting My Labs Now, posting schedules and memos, handling payments, assisting with PSC reports, and other duties as assigned while adhering to safety and regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must maintain reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comply with auto liability standards
- Safety training and PPE compliance
