Job Summary
Greet visitors, patients, families, and vendors professionally while answering and directing telephone calls. Manage filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document organization to maintain an organized office environment. Maintain office supplies, distribute mail and deliveries, and support scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for facility leadership. Ensure reception and office areas remain professional while upholding confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information. This role supports a structured treatment environment for adolescents and their families within Beacon Behavioral Partners' network.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable
- Able to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a behavioral health environment serving adolescents and families
