Job Summary
Administer the SAM and MSIS student information systems as primary contacts, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with state reporting requirements, and timely submission of all required data. Manage office operations as secretary/receptionist for the building principal, including routing mail, handling attendance and dismissals, scheduling appointments, and maintaining student records. Perform administrative support functions such as collecting and processing funds, copying and scanning documents, and welcoming families and visitors. Coordinate with district personnel, troubleshoot data issues, and provide training to staff while maintaining professional business etiquette.
Required Qualifications
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Google suites
- Strong and exceptional technical and data computer skills
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
