Job Summary
Enter client work orders accurately and in a timely manner; maintain liaison with supervisors and lab staff to ensure smooth delivery of services; resolve internal/external problems; adhere to Standard Operating Procedures; communicate with Client Services/Marketing and V_Branch; follow up on client inquiries and on-hold work orders; greet internal/external customers and direct them to the proper contact; handle calls and messages; process paperwork; notify staff about mail/packages; maintain a positive, quality-focused customer service environment; follow established procedures and schedules to ensure analytical quality and safety compliance; collaborate with team and participate in continuous learning and development; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with data entry systems required
- Administrative Assistant training or business degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a team
- Detail oriented and quality focused
