Job Summary
The Office Aide provides administrative and secretarial support to the Campus Director and department; duties include typing, filing and scheduling, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also handles non-routine correspondence and assembles confidential information. Interacts with external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and propose changes in office practices or procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED (preferred)
- One year of office experience (preferred)
- Familiar with office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
