Job Summary
Serve as the primary customer contact to resolve shipping inquiries and service issues via telephone or email. Process inbound and outbound flights by coordinating with carriers, managing driver reception, and scheduling pickups and deliveries. Track shipments in transit, capture data entries into WFS and airline systems, and maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory and customs requirements. Report discrepancies and damages while liaising with customer airlines to build relationships. Work against tight deadlines in a 24/7 environment involving nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Do you have knowledge or experience in the freight and cargo business?
- Do you have excellent administrative support skills with high levels of attention to detail?
- Do you prioritize putting the customer first in all aspects of your work?
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with all parties concerned.
- Customer Service experience is key to this role.
- Attention to detail when providing administrative support with strong organisational skills.
- Basic IT skills required to capture relevant information into the various airlines dedicated computer systems.
- Multi-tasking ability and the need to remain calm under pressure and to work against tight deadlines.
- Shift work includes nights, weekends, and holidays, as our business operates 24/7.

Desired Qualifications
