Job Summary
Handle customer service inquiries regarding billing and premiums for Beneva's insurance and financial services lines. Receive telephone calls about payment terms, account status, and collection operations. Explain client deduction statuses and procedures, then detect and correct errors or refer complex issues. Analyze payment requests to advise on missing deductions and bank fees, proposing payment agreements when necessary. Review files to determine contract retention, arrange client resolutions, or process cancellations. Work 12 hours during school terms or 35 hours in summer season.
Required Qualifications
- Être inscrit(e) dans un programme d'études à temps plein dans un programme collégial ou universitaire à l'automne 2026
