Job Summary
Client-facing real estate professional specializing in Office Capital Markets and Agency mandates, with a strong focus on Rome. You will manage day-to-day relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, participate in leads origination and business development, prepare and review business plans, financial analyses, and investment models, coordinate the preparation of marketing and transaction materials, and support negotiations and deal structuring. The role involves market analysis, site inspections, client meetings across major Italian office locations, and travel across main Italian cities; collaboration with senior team members in a hybrid capacity and a proactive, reliable, and entrepreneurial approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Economics
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, English at least B1
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel across main Italian cities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently while collaborating with senior professionals
