Job Summary
Office Administrator needed for our Sydney Olympic Park office. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and calendars, managing front-of-house reception, overseeing facilities and supplier relationships, booking travel, processing expenses and invoices, supporting internal events, providing leave coverage for the EA/Office Manager, coordinating onboarding, maintaining filing systems, and delivering general administrative support. The role emphasizes proactive organization, discretion with confidential information, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Part-time arrangement (4 or 5 days/week) with prorated remuneration.

- 3+ years in administration/office coordination
