Job Summary
Office Administrator role based in Oviedo, FL; full-time, on-site. Responsible for receiving/logging/distributing packages, organizing stock of office supplies, scanning and filing documents, light data entry, and supporting general office operations. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of office experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Preferred experience with ERP software such as SAP or Deltek CostPoint. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
