Job Summary
Office Administrator to manage and coordinate the service department. Responsibilities include monitoring service requests and ordering parts, processing warranty claims with suppliers, scheduling return appointments and providing updates on service status, maintaining records of service requests and work orders, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth service delivery, handling customer service requests via email and phone, and performing general administrative tasks (filing, mailings, courier, etc.). Requires a Secondary School Diploma, 2–3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Service Titian and HVAC; professional communication and customer service abilities, sound judgment, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills. Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)

- Customer service skills
- Discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
