Job Summary
Answer phone calls using a multi-line system; process email and mail; assist the Branch Manager with calendar management and scheduling; greet visitors at the front desk; maintain reception area; build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents; drive agent engagement with monthly check-ins and event updates; support onboarding/termination processes for Real Estate Agents; record training/classes and post on social media pages; perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager; interacts with employees, real estate agents, compliance, and vendors; requires social media familiarity (Facebook, Zoom, Instagram, TikTok) and ability to post training events; office coordination and customer-centric service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of Administrative Support experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
