Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance jobs by handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers and contractors. Log new jobs accurately, update internal systems, and schedule trades and subcontractors while liaising to confirm details and arrange access. Chase quotations, prepare invoices, and assist with basic accounts tasks to support workflow. Maintain accurate records of jobs, conversations, and documentation while assisting with health and safety checks and general compliance. Carry out general office administration and help source and onboard new subcontractors.
