Job Summary
Office Administrator for on-site print production, packing, and distribution of payroll checks in Ontario, CA. Responsible for operating high-volume production printers and pressure-sealing equipment, performing quality checks, preparing sealed checks for shipment, and coordinating shipments via UPS/FedEx. Provides shipping logistics support, handles inquiries, maintains records, and ensures compliance with security protocols for confidential payroll materials. Requires independent work, attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot basic production equipment, start up/shut down routines, and cross-train with backups. On-site role with standard 8am–5pm PT schedule; requires lifting up to 40 lbs and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Associate's Degree and payroll familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in production printing, or mailroom/logistics operations
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to be on-site in Ontario, California office
- Full-time 8am-5pm PT schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping systems
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional handling of confidential information
