Job Summary
Contract Administrator duties include assisting payroll and accounts payable, handling incoming calls with customer service, facilitating onboarding/orientation for new employees, processing travel and expense requests, assisting in billing and collection of past due accounts, and providing contract-management support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators. Requires 2+ years of office administration experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Local to Houston, TX; visa sponsorship not available. Required Qualifications
