Job Summary
Receive, sort, and route incoming office mail, invoices, and legal notices while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive records. Maintain organized physical filing systems, scan and label documents, and update internal logs to support accurate record retention. Deposit checks, assist with routing finance documentation, and provide basic administrative support to accounting teams. Keep the office environment clean, monitor supply inventory, and report maintenance needs to ensure facility continuity. Serve as the on-site administrative point of contact for routine office matters, coordinating visitor access and deliveries. This part-time, one-day-per-week role supports the Marketing team's mission to drive business growth and brand awareness across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Admin or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
