Requires 2 years of experience in similar office and accounting duties, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience with similar office and accounting duties
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient, and analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Part-Time availability Weekdays 9am-2pm
- Basic bookkeeping and administrative duties including payroll, accounts payable, and related financial activities
