Job Summary
The Office Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home care agency, lead a team of caregivers and administrative staff, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, manage scheduling and client service delivery, supervise staff lifecycle, ensure adequate caregiver coverage, drive client satisfaction through intake and care planning, perform audits for quality assurance, and prepare for licensing inspections while monitoring performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Wellsky preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
