Job Summary
Provide professional office administration and innovative support services for the Boise Service Center, coordinating documentation, procurement activities, and multiple departments; maintain filing systems and databases, produce reports and confidential documents, process vendor invoices and purchase orders, and support finance with time reporting and material requests in a production/manufacturing environment using Syteline ERP.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three (3) years of directly related administrative experience in production, manufacturing, or design environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize with accuracy and dependability
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and make decisions using independent judgment
