Job Summary
Provide professional administrative and operational support for the Ovivo Phoenix Fab Shop. Work closely with the Fab Shop Manager to support daily operations, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure smooth coordination across departments. Organize and prioritize daily administrative work, prepare, type, format, and produce reports and correspondence, coordinate interdepartmental communication, maintain filing systems and databases, collect and track project time reports, support finance activities by handling vendor invoices, solicit pricing from vendors, enter material requests into Syteline, and prepare purchase orders. Maintain office supplies and coordinate small shipments while adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a neat workspace. Travel minimal, onsite in Phoenix Fab Shop; travel primarily for training. Onsite: Phoenix, AZ Fab Shop; reports to Fab Shop Manager. Potential customer requirements may include background checks and vaccination considerations per customer Credentialing. Benefits and compensation discussed, including an $26-$29/hr wage range with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- three (3) years of directly related administrative experience in production, manufacturing, or design environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities with accuracy and dependability
- No Immigration Sponsorship provided for this role
- Experience using Syteline (preferred)
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
