Job Summary
Provide general office administration in a legal-support context: organize and sort legal documents for petitions and case processing, review records for accuracy, handle scanning/copying/faxing/filing, manage incoming/outgoing calls and mail, prepare files and document production, and support multiple departments with administrative tasks while meeting deadlines. Requires prior office experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, professional communication, and basic computer skills (email, Internet/navigation, Microsoft Office).
