Job Summary
Manage daily office operations including mail, records management, filing, document processing, and general administrative support to site leadership and department managers. Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, calendars, visitor activities, and office communications while maintaining organized electronic and physical records. Process invoices, route approvals, and coordinate services with external providers to maintain vendor records and office supply inventory. Support new hire onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and safety compliance activities including training schedules, hazard tracking, and PPE inventory management. Coordinate business travel arrangements and assist with special projects across departments. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Located in a manufacturing environment requiring ability to enter production areas with PPE. Hourly salary range $24 - $30.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Ability to enter production areas while following required PPE and safety requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Three or more years of administrative, office management, or related experience
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to learn company-specific systems and processes
