Job Summary
Entry-level Office Administrator I to support the Business/Office Manager with multiple administrative functions and basic accounting tasks. Responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable/receivable, contracts, material billings, equipment reporting, fuel reconciliation, petty cash, purchasing card reconciliation, and document control to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Additional duties involve providing accurate communications to management, assisting field operations, supporting large job set-ups and contract billings, A/R collections, internal/self-audits, and collaboration with Human Resources, Safety, Estimating, Construction, and Construction Materials as needed. Requires strong spreadsheet and word-processing skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication. Base salary range: $41,820.00 - $62,729.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 year administrative and office experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ethical and professional business practices
- JWS Material Billings System (preferred)
- JD Edwards World/One World (preferred)
- 10 key by touch
