Job Summary

Office Administrator role supporting the branch manager and sales associates; duties include directing and coordinating administrative activities for the real estate office, overseeing day-to-day sales office operations (billing, answering phones, record keeping, invoicing, marketing, filing, customer service), processing listings and sales paperwork, preparing reports, coordinating licenses and training, recruiting and supervising office personnel, budgeting support, coordinating events and marketing materials, and providing telecommunication support; requires collaboration with staff and managers, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; availability to work evenings and weekends; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred and real estate license is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Three to five plus years of related experience with supervisory skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and mortgage business preferred
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Customer-service focus
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
