Job Summary
Office Administrator to support the sales manager and sales associates in our Hudson and River Falls, WI offices. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, overseeing office operations, recruiting and training staff, interpreting and enforcing company policy, and delivering strong customer service. Requires strong administrative, project and time-management skills, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5+ years of related experience, and knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage business. Office-based role with travel between offices and to meetings/events; hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge
- Three to five plus years of related experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Canva and social media skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
- A strong customer-service focus
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
