Job Summary
The Office Administrator will ensure smooth operations of a branch office by assisting management with all administrative functions, including handling office supplies, equipment, correspondence, and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in general office practices
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to efficiently handle a large number of administrative duties
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to utilize various computer programs including Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of office methods, practices, and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roofing/building products is a plus
