Job Summary
Office Administrator overseeing daily administrative operations for a healthcare clinic across Sherman Oaks and Pasadena; responsibilities include scheduling, patient records and HIPAA compliance, billing inquiries, vendor coordination, and supporting clinical staff with non-clinical tasks, while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment and ensuring efficient workflows. Requires ability to manage patient flow, adherence to scheduling protocols, and strong communication with patients and vendors; familiarity with EHR/practice management software, medical terminology, and confidentiality is important. CPR certification is preferred. The role is office-based with regular patient and staff interaction and may include occasional evening or weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of office experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance processes
- Experience with EHR or practice management software
- Proficiency with Mac computers and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
