Office Administrator to support the Operations team in Boston-Andover, handling administrative tasks and data entry, with responsibilities including entering data into Salesforce, ordering office supplies, printing install packets and service tickets, processing customer payments, providing job applications to walk-in candidates, greeting customers and vendors, maintaining showroom appearance, and ensuring orderly office processes and documentation. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and prior administrative or office-management experience in a fast-paced environment. The role offers non-exempt hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and is located in Boston, MA (Andover).
