Job Summary
Office Administrator at Bucklesham Primary School responsible for managing the general operation of the school office and providing business and administrative support to staff, with duties including facilities management administration, reception/front-of-school duties, PA support to the Headteacher, ensuring efficient office function, developing and monitoring school-wide systems and policies, and first aid. Requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, office management experience, excellent organisational abilities, and flexibility for multiple tasks. Location: Bucklesham, Ipswich area; 3–4 days per week (7.5 hours/day), 39 weeks/year with ad hoc flexibility; DBS check and safeguarding procedures apply.
