Job Summary

Office Administrator role within Klaasmeyer Construction Company in Arkansas, supporting HR and Legal with confidential administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ordering and coordinating supplies with vendors, answering calls, scheduling meetings with Google Suite, maintaining electronic filing across departments, supporting hiring/onboarding logistics, maintaining personnel records, onboarding subcontractors for Legal, and handling highly sensitive information with discretion.
