Job Summary
Office Administrator role within Klaasmeyer Construction Company in Arkansas, supporting HR and Legal with confidential administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ordering and coordinating supplies with vendors, answering calls, scheduling meetings with Google Suite, maintaining electronic filing across departments, supporting hiring/onboarding logistics, maintaining personnel records, onboarding subcontractors for Legal, and handling highly sensitive information with discretion. Requires 1–2 years of administrative/office management experience, proficiency in English (Spanish a strong plus), excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Suite. On-site desk-based role based in Conway, AR.
Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to securely handle highly sensitive, confidential information
- Professional proficiency in English
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred
