Job Summary

Office Administrator & Customer Service Representative needed to support day-to-day office operations for Window World Twin Ports Region.Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, managing customer information and paperwork, assisting with order entry and contract processing, ordering materials, tracking inventory, collecting payments, participating in team meetings, assisting with permits and administrative tasks, following up with customers, helping receive deliveries, and providing light unloading assistance. Must be organized, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, growing environment. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn WW360; construction/home-improvement industry experience preferred. Part-time role with potential to grow to full-time as the company expands; pay range $18-$25 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to learn company software systems such as WW360
