Job Summary
Office Administrator responsible for welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, facilitating in-office event setup, and providing first-line support for office-related needs; maintains office appearance and supplies, supports agents and cross-functional teams, and ensures a world-class customer experience within Compass offices (Studio City and Sherman Oaks). Requires collaboration, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
