Job Summary
Office Administrator role serving as the face of Compass offices in Studio City and Sherman Oaks. You will welcome guests, manage mail, assist with in-office event setup, maintain office appearance and supplies, escalate facilities issues, support agents and teams, handle data entry, and assist with communications and meeting preparation. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations; experience with enterprise tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is a plus. Strong listening, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work in-office during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 hourly with full benefits and potential bonuses/equity per company offerings. In-office only roles at Studio City and Sherman Oaks, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
