Job Summary
Office Administrator position for Commissionaires CVIY in Whitehorse, Yukon. The role serves as the central point of contact for employees and clients, administers drug and alcohol testing and ID services for referred clients, handles onboarding of newly enrolled employees, manages supplies and files, assists with staffing levels and assignments, and schedules security guard shifts using TrackTic. Also responsible for greeting visitors, processing deliveries, responding to inquiries by phone and email, and performing other duties as assigned by the Client Service Manager. Requires strong administrative experience, confidentiality, attention to detail, and excellent communication and time-management skills; training for Drug and Alcohol/ID Services will be provided. Required Qualifications
- Administrative position experience and success in a dynamic working environment
- CVIY to provide training and candidate expected to successfully complete Drug and Alcohol/ ID Services training
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Customer focused
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be detail oriented and a self-starter
- Eager to learn
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator – written and oral
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and an interest and aptitude for other systems (eg. TrackTic)
