Job Summary
Office Administrator/Coder Router responsible for coding vendor invoices to correct project/activity codes in Stampli and NetSuite, routing invoices for approval, handling AP/AR tasks, payroll backups, and data validation across NetSuite/Paycom. Key duties include PO research and coding, vendor reconciliations, invoicing workflows, month-end accruals, timekeeping for 350+ employees, payroll issue resolution, and maintaining licenses. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with 4+ years accounting experience, strong MS Office/Teams skills, and ability to learn Paycom and NetSuite quickly. Requires high attention to detail, independent work capability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams, and ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency in Paycom and NetSuite a plus
