Job Summary

Office Administrator to support daily dealership operations across sales, service, and finance; responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, filing, reporting and documentation; processing deals and contracts, assisting with A/P and A/R, reconciling transactions and assisting with month-end close; providing operational support including HR/payroll coordination, deposits and cash logs, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (office, accounting, or title work)
  • Strong understanding of dealership processes (deals, funding, titling) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
