Job Summary
Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information; manage accurate and timely payroll, HR administration, recordkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash handling procedures. Monitor and ensure consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and customer experience monitoring. Maintain a world-class customer experience for all customers by supporting internal and external guests. Requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, 1+ years with AP/AR and payroll (preferred), valid driver's license, and eligibility for U.S. work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
