Job Summary
Office Administrator at Caliber Collision overseeing front office support, payroll and HR administration, accounts payable/receivable, and cash handling to ensure accurate records and a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting with tools and information for front office teammates, maintaining payroll/HR records, managing AR/AP, and upholding Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring. Requires strong communication, multi-system software proficiency, prioritization in a fast-paced environment, and customer-focused service across internal and external stakeholders. Located in Vincennes, IN; on-site role with standard office operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
