Job Summary
Office Administrator at Caliber Collision with responsibility for front-office support, payroll and HR administration, accounts payable/receivable, and cash handling in a high-volume service-center environment. Focus on delivering a world-class customer experience through adherence to Caliber SOPs, training, and monitoring. Requires 2+ years in a customer-facing role, AP/AR and payroll experience (preferred), valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office and multi-software fluency; must provide personable customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
