Job Summary
Office Administrator at Caliber Collision responsible for front-office support, payroll and HR administration, and financial duties includingAccounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling while delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent adherence to Caliber SOPs, providing tools and information to teammates, and maintaining accurate payroll/HR records and financial entries. Requires strong communication, multi-system proficiency (Microsoft Office), ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced shop environment, and delivering personable, friendly service to customers and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
