Job Summary
Office Administrator to support accounting and multiple departments with administrative tasks including data entry for accounts payable and billing, answering phones, filing and document retrieval for accounting, communicating with customers about past due invoices, and assisting management with tasks to support the local branch and organization. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to handle multiple priorities; HS diploma or equivalent is required (Associates a plus).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates Degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Outstanding communication skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time
