Job Summary
Office Administrator role at Behavioral Framework providing ABA therapy, responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the in-person office from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Duties include office maintenance and management, greeting and screening visitors, answering and directing calls, coordinating material distribution and onboarding support, inventory and records management, coordinating with Marketing, HR, and Clinical Teams, supporting intake data collection, and general administrative tasks. Requires at least 2 years of varied office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Zoom, and Dropbox; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of varied and progressive office responsibilities
- Hands-on and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, Zoom, Dropbox
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, employees, and public
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers (Apple and PC), printers, IP phones, mail machine, etc.
