Job Summary
Office Administrator needed to support corporate operations with a broad range of administrative duties. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations with managers and supervisors, scheduling/install service technicians, processing and tracking sales paperwork from start to finish, handling permit applications and inspections, managing customer payments and cash flow, maintaining CRM data and reporting on key metrics, drafting documents, handling shipping/logistics, ordering office supplies, and providing general support to the owner. Requires strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, ability to work with limited supervision, and a high school diploma or GED (21+ preferred). Knowledge of plumbing/HVAC or related home services is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience or familiarity with service scheduling, work orders, permits, parts coordination, and technician support is a plus.
