Job Summary
Office Administrator responsible for coordinating daily office activities, payroll, HR functions, customer service, and budgeting; implement and communicate policies and procedures, maintain records, and assist with staffing decisions and staff scheduling; coordinate work through staff to meet quality standards and deadlines; provide guidance to employees, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with managers to solve work-related problems; requires strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience
- 1+ year experience in coordinator/lead role
