Job Summary
Manage monthly compliance requirements, senior management reports, and client invoicing while coordinating lab consumables and supplier quotations. Handle incoming calls, distribute staff communications, organize team events, and ensure government regulatory compliance across Malaga, Wangara, and Sample Preparation sites. Utilize the Microsoft Office suite and Laboratory Information Management System to support operational needs and maintain accurate data for high-volume environments. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility on start times and free on-site parking available.
Required Qualifications
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or hold or be able to obtain a valid working visa
- Responsible and flexible attitude towards daily tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Good alphanumeric skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to collect, interpret and manage data efficiently and accurately
- Proven ability to retain and apply large amounts of information
- Hands-on approach and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
- Customer service experience, or a strong customer service focus
- Well-presented, with a friendly and professional manner
- Experience with Pronto
- Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with some flexibility regarding start times
- Free on-site parking
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the company's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
