Job Summary
Direct and coordinate site administrative functions, including managing computer and telephone systems, administering the CMMS, and maintaining accurate business records and vendor documentation. Oversee procurement of office supplies, manage the janitorial services provider, and administer the site clothing allowance program. Administer purchasing and accounts payable activities, process employee payroll, and prepare financial reports to support the annual and monthly budgets. Partner with Corporate HR to facilitate benefits administration, Fitness-for-Duty testing, and maintain time and attendance records while ensuring compliance with NAES safety and regulatory programs. This role supports the Fairview Energy Center's advanced natural gas combined cycle operations, reporting to the Plant Manager with occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience in administrative, accounting, and human resources functions
- Experience in an industrial or plant environment
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and general HR practices
- Knowledge of general accounting practices, including accounts payable, account reconciliation, and financial reporting support
- Experience with purchasing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to wear protective equipment (such as hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection)

- Must adhere to all safety warnings and posted signs while on company property
- Must follow all NAES safety rules and procedures
- Must remain mentally alert and work safely at all times
- Must participate in Fitness for Duty Program
- Must pass post-offer drug screening
- Must pass post-employment random drug screening
- Must be available for extended working hours and flexible shifts
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be available for offsite meetings
